After approaching the themes of "Public-private partnerships for knowledge-based regional development" and "Regional innovation systems: from vision to reality" during its previous conferences, the Euro-Latin American Forum has the pleasure of inviting you to work together on "Rethinking regional development strategies for the next phase of globalisation" during its third conference. The event will take place in Sonora, Mexico, on 3-5 November 2010.The Forum's third conference will be organized in close collaboration with Sonora's main universities, led by the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora (ITSON) in coordination with the State Government through its Consejo para la Promoción Económica de Sonora (COPRESON, Sonora Council for Economic Promotion) and the Consejo Estatal de Ciencia y Tecnología (COECyT, State Council for Science and Technology), as well as the main chambers of commerce and entrepreneur groups.
